April Vacation Camp at Beautiful Camp Woodhaven

Camp Woodhaven is open for "Vacation Camp" during the week of April School Vacation. Vacation Camp runs five consecutive days from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Extended Day is available from 7:00am to 8:30am and from 4:30pm to 6:00pm. Program for this Christian day camp is designed with age appropriate activities, both indoors and out. Campers bring their lunches and snacks. Program events depend on the weather. Campers will be divided into groups and the camp days will be filled with activity periods which include indoor games, arts/crafts, drama, outdoor games, lunch (we could have a campfire), and a snack time.

Camp staff will be drawn from our summer staff and Liliet our nurse from summer camp will supervise the health office. Operations and program correlates with our summer day camp policies. Campers needing an accompanying aide are welcome to enroll in vacation camp weeks as long as they are accompanied by their aides.

Returning Campers:
If your child was registered for our 2009 Summer Day Camp, the registration fee is waived for Vacation Camp. We will also verify the dates of your physicians' forms we currently have on file for your camper. As long as the dates on the physician forms are in effect to the end of the camper's participation dates, these forms meet our requirements. Upon acceptance, parents will receive a confirmation. Please verify that the emergency numbers and pickup information on file is still current.

New Campers:
If your child is new to our program, we require a $25 non-refundable registration fee in addition to the weekly fee in according to the fee schedule. The acceptance packet will include a Health History for parents to fill out and a Physician's form, which needs to include the required immunization records. Both forms are to be on file at camp at least five days before the start of the camp weeks your child will be attending.

What to bring:

$25 Registration Fee per child - DUE WITH APPLICATION
$25 per week/per child for Mornings Extended Day 7:00 am - 8:30 am
$25 per week/per child for Afternoon Extended Day 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
$50 per week/per child for Morning and Afternoon Extended Day

Reservations are accepted with full payment only. Single reservations will stand on their own and additional weeks will not enable discounted fees.
