Bus Procedures

Please arrive at the bus stop ten minutes prior to the scheduled AM departure time in order to sign in your child on the attendance roster.
AA Transportation Co. will be providing the bus and driver. Look for a regular yellow school bus.
Indicate who will be picking up your child in the afternoon on the attendance sheet.
Stay with your child until the bus has arrived, and then sign them on to the bus.
Please arrive by the expected pick up time in the afternoon. You will receive ten minutes after the scheduled pick-up time to arrive at the drop-off location. If you are more than ten minutes late, please pay the staff bus monitor $1 per minute that you are late. Remember, that the camp staff has been watching over your children all day. They will be ready to go home, so be kind to them.
Expect the first day to be a bit behind schedule until the children get into a routine. We must take attendance and account for everyone before the bus leaves the camp.
If you arrive at the bus stop in the morning and your child is not on the bus list, you must call the office immediately at 508-835-9883. Do not put your child on the bus and send them on their way. Only those on the list are authorized to ride the bus. Arrangements for taking the bus must be made in advance.
We will use texts to alert bus routes if there is any delay in departure in the AM or PM.
