Flexible Drop Off and Pick Up Times - Enjoy Flexible Camp Hours

Camp Woodhaven's structured programming hours are between 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. If you need your child to be at camp for longer than 8 hours or if that time frame is not in line with your work schedule, you may pick a different drop off and pick up time for the carline at camp. The earliest check-in time will be 7:30 AM, and the latest check-out time will be 5:30 PM.

Three drop off times available: 7:30, 8:00, and 8:30
Five pick up times available: 3:30, 4:00, 4:30, 5:00, 5:30

If the hours you select are longer than 8 hours, you will be billed the following weekly rate:  $25 for ½ hour, $30 for 1 hour, $35 for 1.5 hours, and $40 for 2 hours. The maximum time your child can be at camp is from 7:30 AM-5:30 PM (10 hours). Register for Flex Check time slots under the Schedule Services and Hours button online and select the corresponding charge during the registration process. The Flex Check offering does not apply to those taking the buses.

Drop off / pick up times must stay the same unless you have made special arrangements with the office by 3:00pm.
