Flex Check - Enjoy Flexible Camp Hours

Camp Woodhaven's structured programming hours are between 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. If you need your child to be at camp for longer than 8 hours or if that time frame is not in line with your work schedule, you may pick a different drop off and pick up time for the carline at camp. The earliest check-in time will be 7:30 AM, and the latest check-out time will be 5:30 PM.

Three drop off times available: 7:30, 8:00, and 8:30
Five pick up times available: 3:30, 4:00, 4:30, 5:00, 5:30

If the hours you select are longer than 8 hours, you will be billed the following weekly rate:  $25 for ½ hour per day, $30 for 1 hour, $35 for 1.5 hours, and $40 for 2 hours. The maximum time your child can be at camp is from 7:30 AM-5:30 PM (10 hours). Register for Flex Check time slots under the Sub-programs button online and select the corresponding charge during the registration process. The Flex Check offering does not apply to those taking the buses.

Drop off / pick up times must stay the same unless you have made special arrangements with the office.
